So sorry about the confusion! We did see http://www.cans4pets.tk/ and think that Dylan's work is just amazing. What a great idea for a service project! Congrats again Kelly, and thanks so much for sharing your family's story with Recycled Bride.

I am SO honored to have won one of these precious books to share with my family! However, there IS a mistake in the story behind why WE won the award... The Little Red Wagon Foundation was NOT started by my son, Dylan. It was set up, as I said in my comment, by a classmate of his, Zach Bonner. My son, Dylan Danforth, has walked more than 500 miles with Zach to promote awareness for homeless youth. That was part of the inspiration for Dylan's own national service project, Cans 4 Pets, which involves collecting empty aluminum cans to recycle, then turning all the cash generated from that enterprise over to local pet rescues. I want there to be no mistake about what Zach has done and what Dylan has done... they are both amazing children but I can only "take credit" for Dylan and his efforts and endeavors!

I absolutely LOVE this book-everything about it from the beautiful photos, the soy ink and recycled paper and Alicia's writing style. Super informative and very inspiring. Congratulations to the winners! I know they won't be disappointed!
