Sweet E’s Mini Bakeshop introduces custom couture vegan cakes and cupcakes!

When Hollywood celebs get a cupcake craving, they turn to Erica Tucker, proprietor and chief cake master at Sweet E’s Mini Bakeshop.

The charming star of The Food Network’s Cupcake Wars is a genius with sweets of all kinds, but she’s best known for her mini cupcakes: perfect 2-3 bite confections that let you indulge your sweet tooth without packing on the pounds. I’ve been a fan of Sweet E’s for a long time, but since I’m a flexi-vegan-tarian (that’s my word for having the heart of a vegan but the cravings of a carnivore), I sometimes want to skip the butter and eggs that are in their regular cupcakes. So I was thrilled to hear that due to popular demand, Erica’s now whipping up vegan versions of her popular minis, along with custom vegan wedding cakes and dessert tables. Woo-hoo!

The vegan minis come in delicious flavors like red velvet, chocolate peanut butter, snickerdoodle, and coconut lime, and can be made in any color, style, or theme you can dream up.

How would you customize Sweet E’s treats for a wedding, engagement party, or bridal shower? The fun tie-dye colored minis above would be great for a psychedelic bohemian-themed wedding.
