Welcome to the RB Blog, where Recycled Bride founder Tracy DiNunzio writes about weddings, relationships, green living, and more. The blog is a natural extension of the attitude and philosophy that fueled the creation of Recycled Bride: a dedication to the possibility of creating a wedding, a home, and a life that is beautiful and luxurious without being wasteful or frivolous.
About Tracy
Tracy is the founder of Recycled Media, Inc, and started her network of eco-resale websites as a way to help women maximize their budgets and minimize their consumer waste. As an eco-conscious woman who loves to shop, Tracy was always searching for more affordable and sustainable ways to buy luxury and designer goods. She created the concept of eco-resale so that every woman would be able to enjoy having beautiful things – minus the giant pricetags and even bigger carbon footprint!
Before becoming a wedding resale superhero, Tracy worked as an artist and writer, and spent years traveling the world learning about environmental issues, painting and exhibiting her work, and having adventures — and occasional misadventures — along the way. When
Tracy met Robert, her wanderlust faded and they decided to settle down, celebrating with a wedding that left them up to their ears in once-worn dresses and ties, spare decorations, and heart-stopping credit card bills. Tracy knew that there had to be a better way for women to plan beautiful weddings without the waste—and her first website, Recycled Bride was born. The blog naturally followed, giving Tracy and the Recycled Bride community a place to sound off and share ideas for creating a smarter, greener lifestyle, on their wedding day and every day.
