The BEST Best Man Wedding Toast EVER

There are no words for the brilliance of this video. It is simply one of the most clever, hysterically funny, and oddly touching wedding toasts ever, including a song called “I Want to Make Love to Your Love”, a room full of shocked and delighted guests, and even a gift of breast milk in a bag (yes, you read that right).

My favorite part is the reactions of the family elders. Check out the confused older gentleman in the kippah. Pure awesomeness.

Zombie Apocalypse Engagement Shoot

When Los Angeles photographer Amanda Rynda took engagement photos of couple Juliana Park and Ben Lee, a few things were different from the typical engagement shoot. Instead of the typical scene for two, this shoot included Juliana, Ben…and a flesh-eating zombie.

A Green School Engagement

We fell instantly in love with Molly and Andrew and the creative photos that captured their love for each other in a unique and eco-friendly way! They both are teachers studying to earn their credentials at Humboldt State University, located in Arcata, California. But, it’s not always hard work and no play for these two!

Their day of fun on the campus of Humboldt State was inspired by the majestic feel of the redwoods and the lush fauna of the greenhouse. Check out the cute photos sent over from Kate Noelle Photography.

Fun in the Sun Barn Wedding Inspiration!

In celebration of summer, we’re going to shake things up and share a real “fake” wedding this week! This photo shoot, set up by Christy Whitehead Photography in Jacksonville, Florida, captured the rustic charm of bandanas, boots and barn at a new wedding location, The Keeler Property.

Out in the pastures and down by the barn, the “Bride” and “Groom” had it all. The dress from Park Avenue Bridal, hair by Alison LeeAnn, and makeup by Ruthless Beauty. A Fantasy in Flowers designed the three different bouquets to play upon the rustic theme that were wrapped with bandanas, beads and rope.

Although this was a shoot, the Bride and Groom had a three tiered cake, designed in theme by Kakes by Katie, that provided for an all out cake trashing as a finale! Enjoy the photos and the fun…

Bethany & Bryan’s $2,500 Ultimate DIY Wedding

This chic outdoor wedding, sent from our friends at Sarah Christine Photography, shows how a wedding with a small budget can be beautiful in big ways. Bethany and Bryan designed their special day for just $2,500 with help from friends, family, some ingenuity, and Craigslist! The wedding was held at Hudson Gardens, the food came from Safeway, and the dress was passed down (we love that!)

See how this creative couple made their budget work, and get inspired!

Bethany’s dress was handed down from a cousin, keeping it special in the family, and her jewelry was vintage chic.

The couple chose a venue that was already very green and provided a great background for guests and photographs.

Their arrangements featured a few eye catching flowers and made the most of lots of green foliage.

All the flowers were provided by a local florist, Santa Fe Floweral, and cost only $150!

Minimal designs and fonts kept things classic and low cost.

The centerpieces were simple, but the use of white table cloths and chairs made things look bright and clean.

Carrie & Drew’s Backyard Spring Wedding

Carrie and Drew met on eHarmony, where after a slight miscommunication that led them to think they stood each other up, they fell madly in love! A short while later, they were married at her parent’s house, set against the beautiful backdrop of the Colorado mountains. With lots of help from Carrie’s family, and her father’s green thumb, this DIY wedding was everything the couple wanted. The festive tulips came from Sam’s Club and Carrie’s father grew the grass for their chic centerpieces.

As beautiful as the tulips that made her boquet, these photos captured by Sarah Christine Photography show it all!
