The dress is cobalt blue. I purchased this dress through Distinctions dress shop in St Louis. I tried on a sample and this dress was made to order and shipped to me. My son's wedding was cancelled by the time I got the dress so never tried it on. I am tall, small busted and no longer have a flat abdomen but this dress was very flattering on me. It is light weight, comfortable, and has a soft and airy movement to the bodice. It has a jeweled adornment at the waist that I had planned on taking off.
