How it works:
1. All you provide is the shoes! Contact us for a quote on your item. Please include a photo if possible or a detail description including the type of embellishment you would like. Please include color, size as well as your desired crystal color.

2. We will provide you with a price to complete the item to your specifications. This price includes all supplies, labor and return shipping with insurance and signature release.

3. We will then create a custom listing for your order.

4. After payment please ship your item to Sophie & Ava. Upon receipt we will confirm your order details and work will begin.

5. In just a few short weeks you will receive your item back completely embellished with Swarovski Crystals and ready for use.

This listing is for a made to order hand embellishment service and all orders will be purchased through a custom invoice specifically created for your item. Price listed is for pumps or peep toes with up to a 120mm (5") heel in the Swarovski "Color" Group.
