FAQ

What is Recycled Bride Plus?

Recycled Bride Plus is a special membership to RecycledBride.com that lets you sell more items, faster.

What's the difference between Recycled Bride Plus and a regular membership?

A basic membership is free and will allow you to list just one item. With a Plus membership, you can list up to 6 items at a time, and your listings will be highlighted to attract more buyers.

What if I want to list more than 6 items?

You should become a Recycled Bride PRO, and get unlimited listings and your own custom shop.

Will my listings expire?

Your listings will never expire unless you mark them "Sold" or cancel your account.

How much does Recycled Bride Plus cost?

$9.95/month.

How and when will I be billed?

Your credit card will be charged each month on the same day you signed up. You can easily cancel at any time. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your cancellation.

Are there any additional fees, hidden costs, or commissions?

Never ever.

How will buyers contact me?

When a buyer is interested in your item, they'll contact you through our messaging system, which you can access on RecycledBride.com. Every time there's a new message in your Recycled Bride Inbox, you'll be instantly notified via email.

How do I accept payment from buyers?

You're free to accept payment however you choose. Recycled Bride doesn't take any fees or commissions from your sale, and we don't restrict your transaction options. Most PROs find it easiest to use Paypal. You can also use your own credit card processing machine, or accept any other form of payment that you're comfortable with.

How should I ship items?

We recommend that you use a reputable shipping company (UPS, FedEx, and the USPS are a few that we like), and get a tracking code to be sure that your items arrive on time.

Who pays for shipping?

You can include shipping in your price, create an additional flat fee for shipping anything in your shop, or charge the buyer for shipping. We suggest that you become familiar with typical shipping costs for your products and then decide which option you prefer.

Do I have to accept returns?

Only if you want to. You create your own return policy, which you can include on your PROfile page.
