If for some reason your item/s do not meet your expectations or we have made and error, we will make the necessary corrections, prior to shipment. Photos of the completed Custom Order will be provided and you will be required to approve the order, prior to shipping. If you decide that the Custom Order needs additional adjustments, once we have shipped the order, you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs. Custom Made to Order items are made specifically for you based on your needs, which makes it difficult if not impossible to sell. Additionally, we do not have the storage space available to safely store Custom Made to Order Creations without damage.
